Held on the premises of the Minnewaska Lodge, the rustic-luxury accommodation for the retreat, these workouts also take you into the deep forests of the Mohonk Preserve and the Shawangunk Mountains. When it's time to recover, guests will fuel on meals sourced from the local ecosystem, allowing the body to naturally select its energy sources, and learn breathing and mindfulness practices to diffuse stress and improve overall health.
