Yoga
Reykjavik, by Eat.Pray.Move

29th April, 2017 - 3rd May, 2017

Overview
Iceland: A vibrant city surrounded by natural wonder, Reykjavik in the summertime gives you 13 hours of daylight to explore geothermal active valleys, national parks and gigantic waterfalls. This yoga holiday is one of Eat.Pray.Move's most magical translation of nature meets human. Tickling your spiritual side is the alchemy, that will draw you to the omnipresent energy in Iceland. You'll be based in the middle of the city at Hotel Reykjavik Natura, complete with a Sóley spa, inspired by the natural gifts bestowed on Iceland. The rooms are Scandinavian inspired, with everything you need a hop, skip away. Daily yoga classes with Mindful Movement leader Jen Carter, are used in various forms from gentle restorative to more vigorous styles. Small group size of no more than 12, means personalised attention and tailoring the class to the group's ability and desire.
