Here, days are spent sweating through 3 hours of daily high-intensity bootcamps, racing to be the first to catch one of the famous Balinese waves in the surf or stand-up-paddleboard lessons and stretching out tired muscles in sunrise and sunset yoga classes. But with everything from the rice paddies to mountaintops of Bali to explore it’s not all om-ing and toning. When you’re not limbering up for a standing-split, we recommend one of the retreat’s excursions (like a visit to the Ubud Monkey Forest!) capped off with a splash around the glistening pool and a pampering spa session in your room.
